Tracy Isaacs is the author, with Samantha Brennan, of Fit at Mid-Life: A Feminist Fitness Journey, to be published by Greystone Books. She has developed two personal narrative radio documentaries for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation’s popular radio program Outfront and several of her personal essays have been published in magazines and edited volumes.

She is a Professor jointly appointed in the Department of Philosophy and the Department of Women’s Studies and Feminist Research at the University of Western Ontario and am also a member of the Rotman Institute of Philosophy. She obtained her PhD in Philosophy from the Department of Linguistics and Philosophy at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
