Paul Rogers graduated from Cambridge University in 1981 with a degree in English Literature. After five years in marketing with Procter & Gamble, he joined Bain in 1986. He is a partner in Bain’s London office and leads the firm’s Global Organization Practice. He has spent more than twenty years helping companies build and sustain high performance organizations, leading engagements in comprehensive organizational transformation; leadership team cohesion; decision effectiveness; culture change; talent management; overhead optimization; and the leadership of companywide change. Paul has helped clients in a wide range of regions and industries, with a special focus on retail and consumer goods. Besides organization, his experience includes strategy development, customer and cost management, acquisition evaluation and post-merger integration
Paul has written or coauthored numerous articles on organizational effectiveness and change leadership, including articles in Harvard Business Review and other leading journals, including European Business Forum and INSEAD Quarterly. He has been a featured speaker at Harvard Business School Publishing conferences and at numerous other business conferences throughout the world.
